Multi-Chain Ecosystem Updates
1) Arbitrum One Sequencer stalled due to surge of inscriptions — it experienced an outage on December 15 for approximately 78 minutes, but is now back online.
2) zkSync Era followed Arbitrum as the next network to experience a block production outage — the outage prevented users from sending transactions for 15 minutes.

4) Circle Issues Euro-Backed Stablecoin EURC Natively on Solana.
