Bridge Updates

1) Across’ Token is Now Live! 👏🏻

Across’ ACX token went live on Ethereum Mainnet on 28th November, as scheduled. The token is now claimable and can be traded/LPed on an ACX/wstETH Balancer pool.

2) Aptos Bridge to Solana Now Live 💪🏻

Aries Markets, a lending protocol on Aptos, has built a bridge between Solana and Aptos on top of Wormhole, an arbitrary messaging bridge (AMB). Users can now bridge tokens from Solana to Aptos directly from the Aries Markets dApp.

3) 3 New Integrations for LI.FI 🦎

Fetcch Integrates LI.FI
Fetcch, a payment connectivity network building a set of products for a chainless world, has integrated LI.FI’s SDK inside their new wallet! With this integration, Fetch users can bridge and swap assets across 15+ EVM-compatible chains and Layer-2s supported by both Fetcch and LI.FI.
BlockWallet Integrates LI.FI
BlockWallet has launched BlockWallet Bridges, an in-wallet bridging tool powered by LI.FI’s SDK to support bridging assets between 15+ EVM-compatible chains. With the partnership, BlockWallet users can now transfer bridgeable assets (such as USDC, ETH, and many more) to and from every chain available on BlockWallet.
Diamond Protocol Integrates LI.FI
Diamond Protocol, a structured products protocol on Arbitrum, has integrated LI.FI’s SDK! With the integration, Diamond users can bridge and swap assets across 15+ EVM-compatible chains supported by LI.FI without leaving the dApp.

4) Multichain Now Supports NEAR Protocol 🚀

Multichain has integrated NEAR Protocol, enabling users to bridge USDT, USDC, wBTC, and other assets between NEAR and 15+ chains. For the first month, bridging to NEAR is free, with a 0% cross-chain fee charged via Multichain.

Multi-Chain Ecosystem Updates

1) Phantom to Support Ethereum & Polygon 🔥

Phantom, the premier wallet on Solana, announced that they would soon add support for Ethereum and Polygon, enabling users to store tokens and NFTs on both chains.

2) OpenSea Now Supports BNBChain NFTs 🚀

OpenSea has added support for all BNBChain NFT collections with a transaction that took place after Jan 1, 2022.

3) Uniswap Launches NFT Aggregator 🦄

Uniswap’s NFT aggregator is now live. It allows users to search, trade, and discover trends on NFTs. Uniswap’s aggregator shows listings from all major NFT marketplaces, including OpenSea, X2Y2, Sudoswap, LooksRare, and more. Moreover, it also enables users to save upto 15% on gas costs compared to other NFT aggregators.

4) Fantom Governance Proposal: dApp Gas Monetization Program 🧐

Fantom governance has proposed a gas monetization program to reduce gas fees. If passed, the proposal will reduce Fantom’s burn rate from 20% to 5% and redirect this 15% reduction toward gas monetization.

5) Polygon Partners with Flipkart 💜

Polygon has partnered with Flipkart, India’s leading e-commerce giant, to create a Blockchain-eCommerce Centre of Excellence (CoE) that will focus on research and development for e-commerce in Web3 and the metaverse.

What’s Popping on Twitter?

This week was all about ETHIndia! 🇮🇳 2000+ developers from 321 cities built 450+ dApps, and some great merch. ETHIndia was a vibe 👏🏻

LI.FI was one of the sponsors at ETHIndia, and it was a proud moment for us, to say the least. Finally, we could give back to the community that has helped us throughout our journey, and to be able to do so via ETHGlobal, an organization that essentially brought LI.FI into existence and has been with us from Day1, helping us navigate the crypto industry, was simply a cherry on top!

For those who could not attend ETHIndia IRL, here’s what LI.FI was upto:

$10,000 in prizes for cross-chain buidlers — Devs could build on top of LI.FI’s SDK, widget, and cross-chain contract calls, and earn bounties. Here’s a list of projects that won some of the prizes! Look out for them 👀

LI.FI merch ft. Ser Bridgealot 🤌🏻 — Finally! LI.FI’s merch arrived on time for the hackathon, and we distributed hoodies and t-shirts (ft. Ser Bridgealot). Words won’t do justice, so here are some pictures. Up first, we have the LI.FI hoodie!
