gm, welcome back to interop/acc.
This week, I sat down with Noah Pravecek, Director of Interop Product at zkSync — someone who’s been shaping how the next era of ZK tech and interoperability will actually work in the real world.
Noah and I got into everything: why he decided to join zkSync, what “1-second ZK interop” really unlocks, and his (very spicy) view that many L2s have become “parasitic” to Ethereum. We broke down the new ZK Stack architecture, the idea of Incorruptible Finance, and how zkSync is trying to re-establish Ethereum as the capital hub for an entire ecosystem of chains.
We also dove into the pressure institutions are feeling right now — why banks are in an adopt-or-die moment, why privacy rails like Prividiums might be their bridge into crypto, and how RWAs could onboard trillions in value far faster than most people expect.
If you’re curious about where ZK, interop, and institutional crypto are heading, this was one of the most insightful conversations I’ve had in a while.
